DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Most orders will ship out next business day (we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped USPS. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. All orders from $0 - $99.99 is $5.95. Free shipping on all orders over $100.00.
There is an additional shipping charge of $5.00 for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. Orders to these destinations will ship USPS Priority Mail.
Any order over $300.00 will require signature upon delivery.
We are able to expedite orders for an additional charge.
- Three Day Delivery—add $5.00
- Two Day Delivery—add $12.00
- Overnight Delivery—add $25.00
For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 10 AM Eastern Standard Time. No Express delivery to Alaska or Hawaii. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday by 10 AM will arrive on Monday. Please note that Three Day, Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one business day of ordering, some orders take additional time.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and do not ship C.O.D.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are currently working on offering international shipping to select countries. If interested in purchasing Billiard Life products and reside outside the U.S., please send Caroline an e-mail at info at billiardlifeusa.com so we can possibly make arrangements to deliver those products to you.
ORDERING & PAYMENT INFORMATION
All major credit cards are accepted.
We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries in California and New York. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges where applicable.
After you click "Send Order" an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address that you entered on your order form.
Once an order has been shipped we are no longer able to cancel an order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Billiard Life wants you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise for store credit within 14 days of the invoice date on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please note: We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges, including the costs of the original shipping fee for items that were initially shipped for free. Sale items are final sale and are not returnable.
All returns or exchanges MUST have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number obtained via e-mail. All items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed with original tags attached.
Please note: All items must have a Return Authorization Number issued by a customer service representative. Items returned that do not have a Return Authorization Number and/or do not meet the criteria of the returns & exchanges policies listed above will NOT be refunded, exchanged, or returned.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Billiard Life makes every effort to keep sufficient stock of products which will be reflected on our website. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total.
